BENEFITS OF "DRINKING WATER" IN THE MORNING

Drinking water on an empty stomach first thing in the morning can be beneficial to your over all health. In countries like Japan it's popular to drink water immediately after waking up in morning. According to studies published in a "Japan Medical Journal" drinking water in the morning after waking up can serve as a cure for many diseases.  


According to http://www.snopes.com water can be used to cure the following diseases that are listed below.  I am not a Doctor and cannot prove that this is true.
 However, I have started the practice of drinking water in the morning when I first wake up and I must say  that I have notice changes occurring within my body. First, change I have notice is that after drinking water in the morning I tend to have a bowel movement five to ten minutes after the fact. Secondly, after drinking water in the morning my appetite seems to open up allowing me to a large breakfast. I have struggled for years in the morning when it came to eating breakfast, because I was never feeling hungry in the morning.

Overall we all know water is good for us. Drinking water may not cure illness but, it's better for our body. Reason being is that our body is made up of 70% water. We all know water is the best thirst quencher it's natural and contains no sugar or salt. To live an healthy lifestyle we must think about our overall health and do things that can contribute to us staying healthy. For example, eating healthy, workout on a regular basis and drink lots of water it contributes to you staying healthy.
